wellness rhythms for a whole life
Sleepless nights, night sweats, weight gain, achy joints, anxiety just spiked through the roof, fear where you used to be unflinching, hot flashes, dry skin, vertigo, fatigue, BRAIN FOG...
Welcome to life in your mid-30s and beyond. We've been told this is just part of the normal aging process and we should just settle in and get used to our new normal. It can be such a lonely time.
Shocking to NO ONE, there is a huge gap in women's health, especially as we age, that no one is talking about.
If we were together, I would look you right in the eye and tell you...
It doesn't have to be like this. And you DON'T have to walk this alone.
One of the most common things I hear from women is "I just want to feel like myself again."
These symptoms you're experiencing are really just clues... your body is trying to tell you something. Ask yourself this question: what were you doing, what habits were you really sticking to, the last time you felt good?
If you have gotten off track (or can't even remember a time when you last felt good), I can help with that! We're going to have to change up some habits, it will require a bit of intentionality and discipline (plus some accountability with me!), and paying attention to what no longer serves.
Let's decode the clues your body is sending you... together.
FINDING INSPIRATION FROM
Slow mornings, time in nature, good sleep habits, lifting heavy weights, podcasts, reading my bible every morning, time with friends, long walks, cookies hot out of the oven, and a really great cowboy hat.
Based in Colorado, Misti brings a trusted voice of a big sister who has been THROUGH it and come out the other side.
I was 42 years old when I realized something needed to change. Sure, I had been doing some exercise classes and, sure, my jeans still fit. But I didn't feel STRONG. And I knew that the way that I had been eating and the way I had been living was not going to serve me well heading into the rest of my 40s and 50s and beyond.
I didn't want to feel tired all the time. I didn't want to be on a roller coaster of blood sugar highs and lows. Like I said, I knew something had to change
What I didn't know, was how much
it would change ME.
currently LOVing: homemade sourdough bread,
after-dinner walks, pilates, my grandkids

All about
Gardening, moving well, water with salts, protein at every meal, turquoise jewelry, and a really good heating pad.
NOT ABOUT
Wearing busy like a badge of honor, artificial people, artificial food dyes, or reading directions (i leave that to my husband).
